1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

You may cancel your reservation at any time before the rental start date. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of your cancellation:

• Full Refund:
  Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled rental start time are eligible for a 100% refund.

• Partial Refund:
  Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental start time may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total booking amount.

• No Refund:
  No refunds will be issued for:

  • No-shows

  • Same-day cancellations

  • Early returns (returning the vehicle before the rental period ends)

  • Denied rentals due to failure to present valid documents (driver’s license, ID, etc.)

2. Modification of Bookings

• Modifications (e.g., change of dates, vehicle type) can be requested subject to availability.

• If the modification affects the rental price, you will be charged or refunded the difference accordingly.

• Modifications within 24 hours of the scheduled start may be treated as partial cancellations and subject to fees.

3. Refund Process

• Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used during booking.

• Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once added to your booking, even if canceled:

• Additional driver fees

• GPS, baby seat, or special equipment add-ons

• Insurance upgrades (if the rental has already begun)

5. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or travel bans. In such cases, refunds or credit vouchers may be offered at our sole discretion.
